Gildagia Side Effects

Nausea, headaches, and changes in sex drive are among the side effects that may occur with Gildagia. Reactions to this form of birth control are usually mild and often do not require treatment or are easily treated. There are, however, certain problems that require immediate medical attention, including a severe headache, vision changes, or an unexplained rash.

An Introduction to Side Effects of Gildagia

Gildagia™ (norethindrone/ethinyl estradiol) is a prescription birth control pill. It is a generic version of Ovcon® 35. Just like any medicine, Gildagia can cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the contraceptive will experience problems. In fact, most women tolerate it quite well.

If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider. Often, many of the bothersome side effects of Gildagia improve or go away completely within the first few months of use.
(This article covers many, but not all, of the possible Gildagia side effects. Your healthcare provider can discuss a more complete list with you.)
