Dealing with the emotional ups and downs is one of the most difficult challenges of the infertility journey. It's important to learn how to take care of yourself and get the support you need to manage your emotions. Finding a good support system and talking to your healthcare provider or counselor are some of the ways you can learn to cope with the emotions you will experience.

If you believe you are experiencing more serious symptoms, which may include signs of depression, talk to your counselor or healthcare provider. He or she can help you determine the best way to navigate through those emotions so they don't become worse.
