JunelJunel is a prescription oral contraceptive that contains two different types of hormones. The medication comes in a pack of 21 tablets; you must take one tablet daily, at the same time each day. Once you finish a pack, wait seven days before starting the next pack. Potential side effects of Junel include spotting, nausea, and headache.
