LaViv Drug Interactions

If you are taking a medication that increases your risk of bleeding, it's important to be aware of potential drug interactions with LaViv. For example, tell your healthcare provider if you are taking products such as aspirin, warfarin, or NSAIDs, as you may be at a higher risk for bruising and/or bleeding during both the initial biopsy and the treatment sessions.

An Overview of Interactions With LaViv

LaViv™ (azficel-T) is a unique cell therapy product used to treat smile lines. No drug interaction studies have been conducted for this medication yet. However, it is predicted that LaViv might interact with any medication that increases the risk of bleeding. Such drugs include but are not limited to:
People on such medications probably have a higher risk of bruising and/or bleeding during both the initial biopsy and the LaViv treatment sessions. Make sure your healthcare provider knows if you are on any such medications. In some cases, your healthcare provider might decide that LaViv is not right for you.
