LaViv Warnings and Precautions

Who Should Not Use LaViv?

You should not use LaViv if you:
  • Are allergic to it, azficel-T, or any of the inactive components used to make this product. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
  • Are allergic to gentamicin, amphotericin, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), or material of bovine (cow) origin. These substances are used during the laboratory process, and trace amounts may remain in the final product.
  • Have a skin infection near the treatment area.
  • Are not the person for whom the specific LaViv dosage was designed. Each dosage is designed specifically for one person only, using that particular person's cells. Using someone else's LaViv may result in very serious reactions.
