If you miss an appointment to receive your leuprolide acetate depot shot, contact your healthcare provider as soon as you remember. He or she will schedule another appointment for you. Try to keep all your appointments. Missing doses of this medication could cause your symptoms to return.

Leuprolide acetate depot should be stored at room temperature, away from light and heat. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.

    • Leuprolide acetate depot 7.5 mg
  • Once-every-three-months leuprolide acetate depot is available in the following strengths:
    • Leuprolide acetate depot 11.25 mg
    • Leuprolide acetate depot 22.5 mg
  • Once-every-four-months leuprolide acetate depot is available in a 30-mg strength
  • Once-every-six-months leuprolide acetate is available in a 45-mg strength 
  • The once-monthly pediatric version is available in the following strengths:
    • 7.5 mg
    • 11.25 mg
    • 15 mg
  • Once-every-three-months leuprolide acetate (pediatric) is available in the following strengths:
