There are numerous Loestrin 24 Fe warnings and precautions to be aware of, including potential side effects or complications that may occur with this form of birth control. Loestrin 24 Fe may increase the risk of blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, and benign liver tumors. You should not use this combined oral contraceptive if you have liver disease, severe hypertension, or heart disease.
