There is only one standard recommended dose of ospemifene, regardless of your age or weight. As is always the case, do not adjust your dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.

Storage Information

Ospemifene tablets should be stored at room temperature. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Ospemifene?

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for the next dose. In this case, simply skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
