What If I Take an Overdose of Phentermine and Topiramate?

An overdose with this medicine can cause a variety of potentially serious symptoms, including seizures. If you happen to take too much of this medication, seek immediate medical attention.

Storage Information

Store phentermine and topiramate at room temperature, in a tightly closed bottle, and away from moisture. Because this medicine has the potential to be abused, it should be stored in a safe place to prevent theft. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose of phentermine and topiramate, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
