Who Should Not Receive Prostin E2?

You should not receive Prostin E2 if you:
  • Have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
  • Have lung disease.
  • Have kidney disease.
  • Have liver disease.
  • Are allergic to Prostin E2, dinoprostone, other prostaglandins, or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
